NeuroLang ("we", "our", "us") operates the website neurolang.app. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your information.
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We store this in our database (Supabase) to identify your account and deliver the service.
We track the number of AI requests you make in order to manage your credit balance. We do not store the content of your AI queries beyond what is needed to deliver the response.
Your learning progress, language preferences, and session state are saved to your account so you can resume learning across devices.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your card details. We only receive a Stripe customer ID and payment status confirmation.
Each of these services has their own privacy policy. We do not sell your data to any third party.
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at [email protected].
We use session cookies for authentication only. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
