1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NeuroLang ("the Service") at neurolang.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

NeuroLang is an AI-powered language learning platform that generates flashcards, puzzles, games, and stories to help users learn vocabulary. The Service uses third-party AI providers (OpenAI) to generate content.

3. Account Registration

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it.

4. Credits and Payments

  • The Service operates on a pay-as-you-go credit model. Credits are purchased in packs and consumed with each AI request.
  • All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for unused credits except as required by applicable law.
  • Payments are securely processed by Stripe. NeuroLang does not store payment card information.
  • Credit prices may change at any time. Existing purchased credits are not affected by price changes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's API
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use automated bots or scripts to consume credits

6. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by AI (vocabulary explanations, mnemonics, stories, translations) is provided for educational purposes only. NeuroLang does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content. Always verify important information with authoritative sources.

7. Intellectual Property

The NeuroLang platform, design, and code are the property of NeuroLang. AI-generated content produced during your sessions is provided to you for personal, non-commercial educational use.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeuroLang shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
